Cancellation policy and Clinic Etiquette
We require a minimum 24hr cancellation of appointment notice, if you do not adhered to this policy you will be charged 50% of treatment price & failure to show for an appointment will be a 100% charge of treatment price.
For treatments over $199 we may ask for a deposit of $50 to hold your booking, which will be credited toward your booked treatment
Please turn up for your appointment on time, if you are late for your appointment time we will have to adjust your treatment time accordingly to accommodate for other appointments
Please respect others in the clinic and have your phone off or on silent, please do not watch video or talk on the phone when in clinic
